Secure Data Destruction

When a computer or other electronic equipment is ready for de-commissioning, Goldsmith Solutions offers onsite secure data destruction that meets the strictest of compliance standards, including National Institute of Standards and
Technology (NIST), CJIS, FACTA, HIPAA, GLBA, PCI, DSS, PIPEDA, GDPR

1. We document the entire process from removal, to storage, to destruction.

2. The data destruction process is carried out at the customer site.

3. The customer can be present to witness data destruction.

4. We provide a certificate of destruction along with photos in a ticket that is archived for no less than 7 years.

5. Our equipment meets U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Defense Security Services (DSS) requirements for sanitizing unclassified data.  It also meets "NSA Listed" standards and includes a degaussing process along with physical destruction.

6. Pieces of destroyed drives are recycled or disposed of after the process is completed.
